This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).

This is a purely informational website. It does not use cookies, tracking or web analytics, social media plugins or contact forms, and it does not load content from third-party servers – fonts and graphics are delivered from our own web space. Personal data are therefore only processed to the extent described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data are processed within the European Union.

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records the following information in log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• address (URL) of the requested page or file
• address (URL) of the previously visited page (referrer)
• browser type and version, operating system
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred

Purpose: technical delivery of the website, ensuring stability and security (e.g. detecting and defending against attacks).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website.
Storage period: log data are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted automatically. They are not combined with other data sources and not disclosed to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. to authorities in case of unlawful conduct).

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your email address, name and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Storage period: until your enquiry has been dealt with in full. Correspondence relevant for business or tax purposes is retained for the statutory retention periods (in particular seven years pursuant to § 132 Federal Fiscal Code, BAO).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not store any information on your device and does not access information stored on your device – no cookies, no local storage, no similar technologies. Consent pursuant to § 165 (3) TKG 2021 is therefore not required, and no cookie banner is displayed.

6. Links to other websites

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn). No data are transmitted to these providers until you click on a link. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
